All of my products are hand crafted by myself and will be will be ready for shipping within 5 business days from the date of order. Personalized orders may take longer.
As each of the items are handmade there may be slight differences between each similar item.

Shipping Policy
I usually need 2-5 business days to create your item and have it ready for shipment.
Once your item is ready for shipping, it will be sent via Canada Post.
Please confirm that your address is correct when checking out. Once items are shipped, I cannot control the postal service.
I ship from Cambridge, ON and parcels will be shipped without a tracking number - let me know if you want tracking – there will be an extra cost.
Return Policy
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We do not do returns/exchanges. All the items are made with great attention to detail and care.
However, if you have any issue with your item, contact me within 5 days of receiving your order.
