SCENT PROFILE: a warm, woodsy aroma with notes of bergamot, rose, violet, amber, vanilla & sandalwood!

Wax melts made the way they should be, using vegetable derived soy wax & paraben & phthalate free fragrance oils.

We scent our melts with the highest fragrance load recommended but we don’t stop there, we add 2% more making our melts highly scented.

Soy wax comes from a renewable source, is toxin free & vegan.

We do not put any additives or synthetic color in our melts, they are all natural.

Comes packaged in a stand up resealable pouch.

Each melt weighs .2 oz giving you 8+ hours of scent time from each melt.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy
During the Holiday season all orders will ship within 5 - 7 business days upon receipt of order. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please Note: Transit times displayed are estimates given to us by our courier however, they are not guaranteed. Orders typically arrive as scheduled.

Candles & Fizzies is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays

Please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or delayed shipments. Customers will need to open a case with the shipper to open an investigation.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Canadian observed holidays.

Return Policy

GENERAL RETURNS (other than shipping damage or incorrect product as above)
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Candles & wax melts must be "unburned" and "unlit".

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or specifics of Order Number.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost charged at time of purchase will be deducted from your refund.

You are also responsible for any additional customs and import duties or associated fees or taxes related to your purchase or return.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item and advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be advised by email when the Transaction is posted by us - but it may take a few days to reflect in your bank or credit card records.
