Shipping Policy
- Swishyfish will only sell and ship within Canada (with the exemption of both Saskatchewan and Manitoba); No international shipping.
- Free shipping on all Canadian orders.
- All items are packed in secure, bag sealed, hard plastic or sturdy cardboard packaging and shipped in protective bubble envelopes.
- Items will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase (excluding 1 day of grace for cancellations) barring unforeseen delays.
- All shipments will be carried by Canada Post; Customers will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.
- Any lost items can be traced by customer via tracking number through Canada Post.
- Swishyfish is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier; If Canada post is experiencing service disruptions, shipping may be delayed.
Return Policy
- Returns must be initiated within 24 hours upon receipt.
- Items are returnable at customer's cost.
- All returns must be in original state and contain unopened (bag seal on hard plastic or cardboard) packaging.
- All returns must be unworn and undamaged.
- Refunds are issued when stated compliance is met and upon receipt of return.
