More About This Piece

All the details of this mask and canvas are hand painted, the blood drips all around were done using a needle tip squeeze bottle and also have a slight 3D effect, truly fit for the home of scary movie lovers everywhere and places where every day is Halloween, like mine!

While not a big fan of horror myself I made a piece very similar to this one for a friend who truly is and since she loved it so very much I made a second one hoping someone out there would love it as much as she did.

Shipping Policy

ORIGINALS

  • I ship all packages via Canada Post within 1-3 business days of ordering (Excluding major holidays, March 5th and October 31st)
  • All my pieces are lovingly packed and sent in either a recyclable cardboard box or paper envelope. For originals containing glass I also use either bubble wrap or a foam pad, neither of which are recyclable
  • Depending on distance from Toronto Canada, delivery usually takes 1-6 weeks.
  • Shipping includes tracking number

PRINTS

  • I ship all prints Via Canada Post the day after purchase
  • All prints are lovingly packed and sent in a recyclable paper envelope with cardboard backings
  • If multiple prints are ordered they will be separated with photo safe plastic to prevent them from sticking to one another
  • Depending on distance from Toronto Canada, delivery usually takes 1-6 weeks
  • Shipping includes tracking number

Return Policy

1) Sweetly Sinister Art does not accept returns, exchanges only

2) Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. All personalized items are final sale, unless badly damaged in transit (see #4 for full details)

3) If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to exchange items for another piece of equal or lesser value, or store credit. Original shipping paid is non-refundable. In the case you choose an item of lesser value to your first piece you will also be given store credit equal to the difference ensuring you a fair exchange

  • Items can be exchanged by first notifying the studio
  • Buyer must send item(s) back to Sweetly Sinister Art, in original condition within 14 days of its delivery to them.
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with this type of exchange.
  • Store credit is applied to your account within 24 hours of successful return to Sweetly Sinister Art.
  • Exchange items will be sent according to the processing time on the replacement items listing

4) In the unlikely event items get damaged badly enough in transit that you wish to exchange them, you may do so for store credit only (this just makes my accounting easier). In the case of damage only, original shipping paid will also be refunded in the form of store credit, buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the purchase of a replacement item (which can be paid for using store credit)

  • Buyer should contact Sweetly Sinister Art as soon as possible after any damaged items are delivered, regardless of if it's just the box or the item itself. This would help to ensure I am using the best delivery company to serve you and would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
  • Sweetly Sinister Art will cover the return shipping cost associated with items that arrived damaged. A pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you should an item need to be exchanged due to being badly damaged in transit.
  • When contacting the studio about items arriving damaged, it would be helpful to include a photo or two of said damage for my records, thank you.
  • Buyer must send damaged items back to Sweetly Sinister Art within 14 days of their delivery to them.
  • Buyers account will be credited the full amount of returned items plus original shipping that were damaged in transit within 24 hours after successful return to Sweetly Sinister Art.
