Adjusting Your Necklace with a Sliding Cotton Cord
- Locate the Sliding Knots: On both sides of the necklace, you will find sliding knots attached to the waxed cotton cord.
- To Shorten the Necklace: Pinch the knots between your thumb and forefinger and slowly pull the knots apart. This will make the necklace shorter and the pendant will sit higher on your neck.
- To Lengthen the Necklace: Hold onto the cord (just below the knots) in each hand and gently pull the cord apart (<—->). You will see the knots sliding closer together. This will allow the pendant to drop lower, creating a longer necklace. Be sure to always leave a small gap between the knots to make it easier to pull them apart again to shorten the necklace later if desired.
