Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING POLICY
We provide flat-rate shipping on our products on MavenFair and utilize ClickShip as our shipping partner to provide you with the best shipping rates. For the most part, our products are made to order and will ship within 3 weeks of the order being placed. You will be notified when the order ships and the order will be tracked.

We ship to Canadian-only residences with a valid address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

RETURNS
We only accept returns on damaged items since our items are made to order and in many cases, are customized to your preference. If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact us at info@rusticandreneweddecor within 5 business days. We will require pictures of the item and the packaging from the shipper. Once we have that information to provide to our shipping partner, we will refund the cost of the product and shipping. If you have an issue, let us know and we will try to work something out with you.

ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPORT
Three percent of all product sales are donated to Tree Canada for the replanting of trees in Canada. All wood we use that is not exotic is purchased locally in Southwestern Ontario.
