Irish Hills Farm Artisan Wools & Soaps

Living and working on my 300 acre historic farmstead in rural Ontario, I create using wool from my sheep.  I hand dye, spin and make unique yarns, art yarns and rovings, bespoke felted wildlife, fairies & brooches to wooly felted soaps which I have made using herbs from my garden.  I am a member of the Apsley Studio Tour since 2015.  My hand dyed yarns, various creations and farm products are available weekly at our ‘on-farm’ shop and through my website at irishhillsfarmapsley.ca  In 2011 we were awarded the first Homesteader of the Year runner up for North America from Mother Earth News.  In 2012 we were presented with the Peterborough County Agricultural Leadership Award.
