Shipping Policy

Shipping is done via Canada Post, and since Jake’s Playground consists of just one person, shipping is done once per week.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within the week to let you know your order is on the way!

Return Policy

Returns are not accepted, however, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at jakes.playground03@nullgmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
