It's always my priority to deliver a good quality product, along with giving you the best
customer experience that I can, and that you are happy with your new purchase.
I take special care in packaging my artwork to ensure it arrives to you safely.
♦ 30 days to return original paintings from the date you receive it
To Qualify for A Refund
♦ item will need to be in the same original condition as you received it
♦ you will need to provide a proof of purchase from original invoice or receipt
♦ you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning item to
♦ once item is returned I will let you know that I received it. Upon inspection, if it
is in original condition you will receive a refund. You will receive payment in the
manner it was made to me.
♦ On the day you receive your purchase, if it's been damaged as a result from
shipping, you will need to provide pictures and email them to me right away.
(For insurance purposes, you will need pictures, date of purchase with original
invoice, damaged piece, all original shipping packaging, shipping receipt, tracking
SHIPPING and CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted and can only be done before item has shipped.
I ship packages via Canada Post and on time - generally between 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.

Do you combine multiple orders into one shipment?
Yes we do. We combine multiple orders into one package to reduce the shipping fees. If a shipping overage charge happens to occur, the buyer will receive a shipping overage charge refund to their original payment method.
My item arrives damaged during shipping, what should I do?
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please take a photo of all items - box , packaging material, and item.
Send pictures for insurance purposes to me - via Etsy messaging, and we will simply send out a replacement at the fastest shipping speed service at no cost to the buyer.
Who is responsible for duties that may occur at customs?
The buyer is responsible for any duties that may occur at customs.
Can I return my item for a refund?
Yes, you may return your item. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Once item is received, and if its in the same condition as it was originally sent, you will be issued an item refund (minus all shipping fees) to your original payment method.
You have 30 days to return your order from the day you received it.
